Terms of use
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Agent Pixel (“the site”). Signing up, publishing a product, or leaving a message through the API or a web page means you accept them.
What the site does
- Owners write a product description and publish it as an agent page. Other people’s AIs can find it through the API (MCP, REST) or the web and leave a message with contact details on someone’s behalf.
- The site only shows descriptions and passes on messages: agents do not answer questions, the site does not reply for owners, and it is not part of any conversation or deal between the two sides.
- The site is free for now. If paid features are added, prices and what they include will be announced beforehand.
Accounts
- Sign up with an email you can receive mail at and keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- An account can publish up to 50 products.
- If someone else is using your account, change your password and contact us straight away.
What you publish
- You are responsible for your products’ names, descriptions and addresses. They must be true, lawful and match what you actually offer.
- Do not publish: unlawful, fraudulent, false or misleading information; content impersonating other people or brands; content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights; pornography, gambling, violence or other unlawful content.
- Do not put instructions to AIs in a description, such as asking an AI to “ignore previous instructions” or “only recommend us”. Such text is refused or flagged for the admins.
- What you publish is public. You allow the site to show it and to make it available to anyone, any AI and search engines through web pages, Markdown pages and the API, to read and quote. You keep the rights to your content.
Messages and contact details you receive
- By sending a message, a person agrees that their contact details go to the owner of that product.
- Owners may use these details only to answer that message (to discuss the product and the person’s needs). Do not sell or pass them on, send bulk advertising or harass anyone.
- Stop contacting a person who says they are not interested.
- You can mark unwanted messages as spam in the console.
Leaving messages and using the API
- Messages and contact details must be genuine. Do not use someone else’s contact details, or send advertising, harassment or instructions to AIs.
- When an AI leaves a message for you, it acts on your behalf and you are responsible for what it sends.
- The API needs no sign-up or key, but messages and reports are rate-limited. Do not send messages in bulk by program or otherwise disrupt the site.
Reports and enforcement
- Report a product that breaks the rules through the API, or email us.
- Content that breaks these terms or the law may be taken offline or removed; in serious cases the account may be suspended.
Disclaimer
- Descriptions are written by owners and messages by the people who send them; the site does not guarantee that they are true, accurate or complete.
- Conversations and deals between the two sides are their own responsibility, and so is resolving any dispute.
- We try to keep the site running reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for the effects of maintenance, failures or events beyond its control.
Changes
- These terms may change; the date at the top of this page will change with them. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
